A goal that you should consider is 70 pounds in somewhere between 8 and 12 months.

This is a much more realistic goals because you’re going to be able to consistently lose weight each month that will put you somewhere in between that time frame.

It’s also a good idea because you’re not going to gain that weight back once you get your goal.

Too many people want to lose weight fast, but then they will lose the weight fast and only will put it back on when they return to their regular eating habits.

Now that we have that covered there is one thing I want to talk to you guys about. And that is making a lifestyle change.

Changing your Lifestyle

If you really want to get results and be able to get back down to a healthy weight then you’re going to need to make a lifestyle change. You can’t just making temporary change because then you are just going to go back to your old ways either in a couple of weeks or at the end of the program. If you just are serious with yourself or second and make sure that you can make a lifestyle change that is really going to benefit you.

What Should You Be Eating?

The first thing you need to do for your lifestyle changes alter the way that you’re eating. Right now you’re eating a little bit unhealthy if you’re trying to lose 70 pounds. Someone who is eating healthy and not putting crab into their body typically doesn’t get 70 pounds overweight. You need to alter what you are eating and to do that I would recommend eating only brown rice, beans, salads, white meats, fruits, vegetables, and seafood. Eating these foods are really going to help you naturally lose wage because they’re low in calories and low in fat.

What About Working Out?

The next thing that you need to do is start to get a workout plan in motion. I would recommend a program that requires you to do cardio every single day as well as a little bit of strength training. I like to do a combination of both because I found and get some results.
