There’re two main changes if you can make. The one is eating healthier and the second is starting to work out.

Eating healthy is something that is kind of hard to do. But it only is difficult because you are not used to it and you have to make kind of a drastic change from what you are putting in your body currently.

The good news is that majority of your weight loss is going to be related to your diet. So if you start eating healthy then you’re going to be up to naturally drop weight just because the food you are eating our less calories and less fat.

For right now I recommend you only eating salads, vegetables, fruits, white meats, and seafood.

Working Out

The other change is working out. I recommend you doing cardio and strength training program. You want to do cardio because it is going to be good with losing weight and then do strength because it’ll help shave your body.
