This guide will show you how to lose 70 pounds in 4 months. This advice is through personal experience of mine and going through my weight loss.
Hey guys I got some bad news for you. Losing 70 pounds in four months is pretty much impossible. They’re only going to be a few people who do it. It has nothing to do with determination our commitment, but rather how overweight you are currently.
If you’re someone who is 300 pounds overweight van is actually lightly for you to be able to lose 70 pounds in four months. However, if you’re someone who is just 75 pounds hundred pounds overweight then losing 70 in four months is going to be really tough.
A more realistic goal is somewhere around 70 pounds in 8 – 12 months. This is going to allow you to naturally lose weight over that timeframe and then be able to keep off the weight. If you actually truly went for 70 pounds in four months then you are going to have to starve yourself. The starving with me if you very lethargic and very low on energy. Furthermore, if you lose the weight from starving yourself you’re more than likely just put that weight back on once you start being normal again.
What to Do
So rather than starve yourself I would recommend making a new goal with a few more months. And then making a complete lifestyle change. This lifestyle change would consist of you eating healthier and working out.
In terms of eating healthier, you really need to make sure that you have a new permanent eating habits. You can’t keep eating what you had been in the past otherwise you aren’t going to continue to be overweight. You need to do something about it. For people who are just starting out I would recommend only eating vegetables, fruits, salads, white meats, and seafood. When you’re using those foods you’re going to find some really good results. The reason being is that those foods have very limited calories and fat.
Your nutrition program is the secret key to achieving good weight loss. Because if you’re eating healthy then you’re going to be able to naturally lose weight without having to do too much. Just a changing your diet alone can result in a lot of wait being shed.
The next piece the puzzle is working out. Yes you definitely should work out even though I just sent you what you have to. You should because it’s going to help you achieve faster goals, it is going to help shape your body, and it will make you feel better in general. I would recommend some combination of cardio and strength training. Don’t just focus on one or the either, but both if you want the best results. A typical day on this program would be something like 30 minutes of bicycling in 30 minutes of some strength training.
