How Can I Lose 70 Pounds in 3 Months? Kind of an Unrealistic Goal..Sorry Guys.

On this page I’ll show you how to lose 70 pounds in 3 months. It’s pretty difficult in this time frame to be completely honest with you.

I just want to preface this article with the following information… 90% of people are not able to lose 70 pounds in 3 months. It is almost physically impossible. Really the only people are are going to be able to do this are those who are over 300 pounds OVERWEIGHT..Not just 300 pounds.

The reason that they have a chance to be able to do this is because they are significantly overweight. The saying goes that the more overweight that you are the easier it is going to be to lose the initial wait. As you come closer to a healthy wait it gets harder. To someone who is 100 pounds overweight is going to have a harder time to lose 70 pounds total then someone who is 300 pounds overweight.

Rather than trying to lose the weight in three months I would probably push it back quite a few months. Like 8-12 months. The reason being is that you really don’t want to be on a weight loss program where you have to starve yourself. When you’re starving yourself you’re always going to lose weight, but then when you stop starving yourself then you are going to just regain the weight. Therefore it is much better to just lose a slow amount over time so that you can keep that weight off.

Whatever your situation is, I believe that if you get on an appropriate eating habit then you’re going to be able to experience a nice natural weight loss. Because your nutrition is the most important part of the whole weight loss process. If you can naturally take down your calories by eating healthier foods, you’re going to naturally experience a good and steady weight loss.

The second thing that is worth noting is that working out can be extremely beneficial. When you pair working out with eating healthy you’re going to see some really great results. I would recommend doing about 30 minutes of cardio and then 30 minutes of strength training. The cardio can be bicycle riding or walking or running or elliptical.

8 to 12 months is kind of a long time. But if you are serious about it then you were going to want to stay committed. This is where most people fail. They will make some appropriate changes for a week or two and then they will stop doing it because they’re not seeing drastic results. You need to ensure that you stick with a program and continue to use it. Does where you’re going to see some really good results. Don’t just eat healthy for a week, but keep on doing it.
