Being able to know how to lose 60 pounds in 5 months might be pretty difficult for a lot of people reading this. The reason I say that is majority of people just aren’t physically going to be able to do 60 pounds in five months. This is a really heavy hitting goal to have unless you are over 250 pounds overweight.
The fact is, if you are 70 pounds overweight in want to lose 60 pounds in just five months, and it’s going to be ridiculously tough. It’s almost impossible. The reason being is that the closer that you approach to a healthy wait, the harder it is to shed that weight.
Therefore, someone who is 70 pounds over weight has a really hard time because they are closer to 60..While 250+ pounds would have an easier time because they are further away from a healthy weight.
For most people a good goal to have it is going to be 60 pounds in 6-12 months time frame. Six months might even be pushing it a little bit.
You don’t typically want to lose weight fast because that means that you are starving yourself and then when you go back to eating someone normal just going to gain weight. That’s why doctors and weight loss experts recommend that you lose weight at a slower pace a lot about wait can then stay off once you have lost it.
If you follow the advice below I promise you that you’re going to see some good results. As for how good of results in timeframe? Well that depends on how far you go with my advice and your current weight.
Make a Lifestyle Change
First thing is first… You need to prevent changing your lifestyle that’s not going to resulting you continuously wanting to lose 60 pounds. This means out we want you to live a lifestyle where you’re going to get to a healthy weight and stay there. This means that you’re going to need to cut out all the unnecessary food or Poor food choices that you were eating. At this time you really want to start moving towards a healthier diet. Now notice that I’m not saying go on a diet, but I’m seeing change your diet for the better forever.
If I were just starting out, I would only be eating the food such as salads, fruits, vegetables, white meats, and seafood. By eating those you’re going to do yourself a huge favor because you’re cutting calories and fat. You’re also only eating those foods so you’re going to be able to naturally lose the weight just from eating those foods.
The next thing I would do when be implement a workout program that is going to focus on cardio with a little bit of strength training. So we typical day would be me going for a 30 minute bicycle ride followed by 30 minutes of strength or resistance band training.
