Everyone..I’m going to be completely honest with you…It is ridiculously tough to be able to know how to lose 60 pounds in 2 weeks. Like almost impossible.

It is much better to lose weight over an extended period of time so that you don’t regain the way. There would literally be no .2 dropping 30 pounds in a week and then just regaining it back. This is why it’s much healthier and better to lose over 6-12 months.

1) A Lifestyle Change
You must change your lifestyle. This means what you eat, how much you eat, how much you’re exercising, etc…
Do you see how I’m not saying go on a diet? Diet shouldn’t be in your vocabulary. You need to change your lifestyle completely for the better. So rather than going on some diet and then returning to the way that you typically eat is only going to lead to issues. This is why I’m suggesting to change your lifestyle now.
I recommend cutting all of the crap from your diet. To start off, I would eat only fruits, vegetables, salads, seafood, and white meats. These raw foods that are really low in calories and fat.
2) Working Out
Working out can drastically help you get better and faster results. The common thought is that you want to only do cardio, but that is not the case. You don’t just want to do only cardio. You’ll want to also do strength and resistance training. I could seriously write a whole book on what workouts to follow, so I can’t give you the full answer here. But something like riding the bicycle for 30 minutes a day followed by 20 minutes of exercises with the resistance bands.
3) Your Commitment to Losing Weight
If you want to get anything accomplished you really need to stay committed. By staying committed this allows you to actually have a potential he reach your goal. If you’re not committed then you can end up just quitting and you’re going to stay overweight.
