As for working out, I mentioned above that your diet is going to be the bulk of where you’re able to lose weight. However, working out will help you significantly in getting to your goal faster. You want to make sure that you are only doing cardio exercises for now because cardio is almost synonymous with weight-loss. We recommend starting off on the bicycle or doing a brisk walk. Been down the road you could potentially switch to running. Don’t do any more than 30 minutes each day.

3) Your Commitment

You need to ask yourself… How committed are you going to be? Because commitment is really important. If you lose your commitment that means you’re going to starting out you won’t meet your goal.
