How Can I Lose 50 pounds in 2 Weeks? It’s Super Difficult Just so You Know!

Not many people are going to be able to lose 50 pounds in two weeks. This means you have to lose 25 pounds in just one week. This is pretty much impossible unless you are someone who is significantly overweight. If you’re someone who is only 50 or 75 pounds overweight then chances are you’re not going be able to lose that amount of weight in a couple weeks unless you’re Superman.

A much more realistic goal is 50 pounds in 3 to 5 months. This is going to allow you to lose the weight and keep it off. When you lose a lot of weight quickly it is really difficult to carry forward at that weight because you’re essentially starving yourself to get there.

If you are someone who is a significantly overweight by a couple hundred of pounds, losing 50 pounds in 2 weeks is plausible. Typically, the more overweight you are, the easier it is to lose weight.

In order to meet your goal you’re going to need to drastically change your diet. You can’t continue eating the same crap that got you here in the first place. The best thing that you can do for your weight loss is to alter this diet of yours.

Because you want to hit 50 pounds such a short amount of time I strongly recommend stick into the following foods. These foods are going to be able to help you limit the amount of calories being put into your body. They’re also extremely low in fat content and are well known as the best foods for weight loss.

White meats, seafood, fruits, and veggies.

You’re going to see the best results when you’re focusing on your diet. You’re going to see better results if you were to focus on your working out.

2) Limit Your Eating

My next tip is that you need to really limit to how much you’re eating. Need to make sure that you’re only eating until your stomach is content. A lot of the weight gain comes from overeating – which we want to ensure that we don’t do!

3) Workout Schedule

Working out isn’t going to make or break your weight loss, but it is going to drastically help you if you are eating healthy. We recommend doing the bicycle and going for about 30-45 minutes every day. If you don’t have a stationary bicycle, go for a 45 minute above average speed walk – that will help you out a lot.
