Losing 50 pounds in two months is a pretty unrealistic goal for majority of people who are reading this. 2) Stop Overeating
You need to make a commitment to yourself right now that you’re going to stop over eating and eating when you don’t need to. Far too often people are overweight because that way because their overeating at their meals or their eating when they are just bored. You really need to stop all this because this is what a big part of contributing to your weight gain is.
3) Only Cardio Workouts
The third thing that I like to do is stick to only cardio workouts. A cardio workout is something like walking or running or bicycling or doing the elliptical or anything that’s just going to get your body up and moving having you break a sweat.
