This is my guide for how to lose 40 pounds in 6 weeks.
I’m not to beat around the bush at all…
This amount of weight is quite big commitment.
It’s really tough. However, it is physically doable. It’s not like it is something that no one can ever do like losing 100 pounds in a week or something crazy like that.
Don’t get me wrong though, it is definitely pushing the limits.
You’re going to have to lose about 7 pounds every single week.
Would you might not know is healthy weight loss is recommended to be somewhere between 1 and 3 pounds. So losing 7 pounds each week is quite a bit bigger than the number that is recommended.
Before you get started know I want to point out one thing. Someone who is more overweight is going to be able to lose 40 pounds easier than someone who is just 40 pounds overweight.
Regardless of your situation I think that the information below could help you out and start getting you in the right direction.
Get Results With This Info:
1) You Need to Eat Healthy!!!
I can’t stress this part enough. If you change your diet you’re going to be able to naturally lose weight. This needs you’re knocking a have to go work out like a big warrior in the gym or anything.
I strongly recommend that you stick to only eating salads, fruits, brown rice, beans, and vegetables, and white meats. If you only those that you’re going to drastically cut your calories and be able to knock off the pounds absolutely no problem.
2) Solve Your Overeating Problem
There’s one thing that definitely contributed to you getting overweight. It is over eating. Most people over eat every single day and it’s because they are so hungry that they gorge themselves with food. What that happens is your stomach is not able to react in time to telling you that is full and you end up overheating a lot. You need to start training yourself to eat more slowly and allow your stomach that time to tell you its full.
3) Fitness Program?
You will see better results if you work out. But I don’t recommend going to the gym and lifting weights. Rather just go for a long walk around the neighborhood once a day – like 45 minutes. Make sure you’re walking almost as fast as you can!! Not slow. You just want to make sure that you’re doing some sort of cardio exercise. This can be walking, running, using the elliptical, or biking. We like to walk because it is easier and you are still burning some good calories.
You need to stay committed. I can’t stress this enough. If you don’t stay committed and you’re obviously not going to reach your goal.
