What You Need to Do to Lose the Weight
1) Cut the Crap from Your Diet and Eat Healthy
The first thing I want you to do is look at what you’re currently eating and start to identify foods that you probably shouldn’t be eating. If you have absolutely no idea, go through your day and think about what you typically eat and then look up on Google if it is healthy for you or not.
You should not be eating any fast food, junk food, staying away from sugar, candy, soda, and dark meats if you’re serious about losing weight.
My go to diet that gets fantastic results really focuses on eating fruits, veggies, white meats, and salads.
You need to know that the best results come from when you change your diet. People who drastically are able to make their diet healthier are able to naturally lose weight without having to run 5 miles a day or something ridiculous.
2) Be Sure to Not Over Eat!!
The last thing you want to do is over eat and fill your body with extra calories that you don’t need. This is why it is very important that you only eat until your stomach is satisfied. This will result you eating a lot less. One of the best ways to do this is by slowly eating so that your stomach can send the message that you’re full enough!
3) A Workout Schedule?
As for working out you’re probably not going to need to get in only if you stick to the strict diet that we talked about above. If you’re sticking to a very healthy diet and low calories then you’re not going to have to work out because you’ll naturally lose weight each week thanks to the calorie cut. We still do recommend that working out though because it is only going to help you. Plus there are a lot of other benefits to working out. If you decide to work out, be sure that you stick to cardio exercises such as walking, running, biking, and the elliptical.
