2) Don’t Over Eat

3) Workout Schedule

Because you don’t have to starve yourself in order to meet your goals, I recommend working out about 5-6 days a week for 30-45 minutes. Now I’m not talking about going to the gym and lifting, but rather just partaking in some good old-fashioned cardio exercises. This could be anything like running, walking, riding the bicycle, or using the elliptical. This is going to allow you to tone your body and really get the best results possible for you.
