How Can I lose 25 Pounds in a Week? Can You Do It?!

So you want to lose 25 pounds in 1 week? I’m going to tell you right now that is pretty much impossible under most circumstances.

Really the only way you are going to be able to do this is if you weight over 250 pounds and aren’t over 6 feet tall. What i’m getting it is it depends on your current body weight. Typically the more you weigh, the easier it is to be to lose a bunch of weight in a week.

For example, the people who are on the Biggest Loser are able to lose 20+ pounds a week because they have a lot of weight on them.

So if you weigh a good amount, you’d actually be able to lose 25 pounds in a week..But for most people, 25 pounds is impossible.

1) Eating Healthy

Most people have really bad eating habits. Deep fried food, fast food, candy, soda, etc…The list can really go on and on. Regardless..You need to cut all this crap out of your diet. While trying to lose weight (especially 25 pounds in a week) you’ll want to stick to these foods: Veggies, fruits, white meats, and salads. That’s strictly what I would eat to see the best results.

2) Never Over Eat!

You need to only eat until you’re content. If you are over eating this is when a lot of weight gain occurs! You’ve gotta stop this. Stop scarfing your food down and eat slowly. The slower that you eat, the less food you will eat because your stomach will have time to react to the food that you’re putting into your body.

3) Working Out?

Majority of weight loss is going to come from your diet. Working out obviously can help a lot. You need to be doing cardio type exercises. These types of exercises are running, walking, bicycling, or using an elliptical. Doing this for 45 minutes to an hour each day can help immensely. We highly recommend this.

4) Commitment

Losing 25 pounds is tough..You probably won’t be able to do it in a week, so you need to keep going with this and stay committed. This can be the hardest part of getting results because a lot of people start but then quit. Get a trainer or a friend to keep you motivated!
