Watch the video below for the best answer!
1) Healthy Eating
Your diet is the main part of losing weight. If you make changes to your diet for the better, you’re going to see a lot better results than if you just continue to eat what you eat while working out. With that said, eating healthy is a much more important than working out.
You’re going to see the biggest loss in your weight by a healthy diet.
When I undergo healthy eating I pretty much stick to rice, beans, fruits, vegetables, salads, and white meat.
That is pretty much all that I will eat during a time that I really want to lose weight.
When you’re deciding what you want to eat make sure you use good judgment and do a little research about what you’re putting into your body whether or not it is good for you.
2) Don’t Ever Over Eat
You want to make sure that you were never over eating. When you over eat you are not doing your body weight any favors.
Always eat until your stomach is content. If you eat until content, you’ll be able to trim a few hundred calories a day from your daily intake.
3) A Note About Working Out
As I mentioned above coming knocking a have to go absolutely crazy with working out.
During this period of seven weeks we suggest about 45 minutes to an hour of working out each day. The working out should be more cardio based. Such as running, fast walking, doing the elliptical, or riding the bike.
4) Staying Committed
The last part is staying committed. Seven weeks is kind of a long time and a lot of people who undergo a diet change and working out change often times don’t stay too late. To the best piece of writing in give you is get someone on your team that’s going to motivate you to continue to work out and lose the weight that you want to lose.
