Guys..This is just my experience with losing 20 pounds in 6 weeks. This is just what I did to accomplish it. So on this page you’ll find my guide and how I did it.
Twenty pounds in 6 weeks isn’t all that difficult. Just a few simple changes in your diet and exercise habits will help you accomplish it.
1) Eating Healthy
You’ve probably it sooo much..Eat healthy they say!! You really need to! This is a critical part of losing weight. Even more so than working out! You’re going to see the most changes in your weight loss with changing your diet for the better. Instead of eating fast food, junk food, soda or anything that staff are you eating anything that’s bad for you, you’ll need to eat fruits, veggies, salads, and white meats. My typical day eating would start out with me eating a bunch of fruits for breakfast. At lunchtime, I would have a huge bottle of juice and salad. For dinner, I would have a chicken salad. If I were hungry anytime during the day then I would eat a couple of Ritz crackers.
2) Eating Less
If you go to the healthy eating route you’re going to naturally be eating a lot last. However, you can still eat to where you were full and you don’t want to do this. You only want to eat until your stomach is content. Once its contents, you need to stop eating and carry on with the rest of your day. When you start getting a little hungry again then make sure to put something in your stomach. If you’re not going the route that I said above, then you want to cut your portions in half. So if you had a Subway sandwich for lunch, then you would cut in half and only half rather than the full thing.
3) Working Out
You might be surprised on that is in a section here, but you truly don’t need to work out that much. You should be working out daily, but it’s not like you have to go work out for two hours at hundred and 50%. You really just want to work out to get the blood flowing, the heart pumping, and a breaking of a little sweat. We say don’t work out for more than 30 minutes and don’t go 100%. Because you’re eating less your body is going to be more tired. If you work out incredibly hard, you’re going to end up incredibly hungry.
As for exercise, we like fast walks, light jogs, elliptical, and riding the bike. Again..No more than 30 minutes at 50-60 percent effort.
