One variable to note is how much you currently and weight and what your percentage of body fat is. Too often I see people focused on working out rather than focused on their diet. You’re going to get a lot better results if you focus on your diet as opposed to working out. I always see people trying to work out an insane amount when they are trying to lose weight when actuality they just need to focus on eating better. If you are be Able to you healthy and eat less than you’re going to see a lot more weight loss results thing you would if you just implemented working out to your daily schedule.
Don’t Over Eat..EVER
During this time. You’re not going to want to over eat. Over eating is when you start to gain the most amount of weight. Your stomach is full and there’s basically no need to eat. We want you to take the strategy of only eating until your stomach is content. This is the feeling that you will achieve once you have put a little food in your stomach and it is not grumbling anymore.
Should Your Workout?
If your your changing your diet for the better, you’re diet for the better, you’re probably not going to have to work out. Working out does help a decent amount though. If you were doing cardio based exercises like walking or running been you will find yourself getting better results IF you are dieting as well. Don’t go crazy with the working out – just 30-45 minutes 5 days a week at 50-70% effort will get the job done IF you are eating healthy.
One of the hardest things for some people is getting motivation. You need to be able to stay motivated to keep eating healthy working out for the next four months. It’s always a good idea to find someone that is going to help motivate you. This could be a friend or a personal online workout coach.
