Before we get into all the nitty gritty details about how to do this, let me say that I am for one proud that you are embarking on this journey. Furthermore, 3 months is a perfect amount of time to lose 20 pounds. There are a couple of reasons for that..1) You won’t have to starve yourself and 2) You’ll be able to keep the weight off once you lose it. These are both awesome things because many people come to this blog and are asking me how to lose 20 pounds in a week. Although possible..It’s not that healthy for you, it’s really difficult, AND you’re not gonna keep that weight off.
Ok enough of all that..Let’s get into how you can accomplish your goal of 20 pounds in the next 3 months.
Accomplishing Your Goal..What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll need to lose on average 1.7 pounds each week. These are the things you should do to be able to accomplish it.
1) Eating Healthier
You’ve probably heard this one before.. This is the most important part of losing weight. You could work out a time every single day and did not see any results because you are keeping me sane eating habits. For you to meet your goal usually we just need to eat healthier and less to be able to read it. You wouldn’t necessarily even have to work out. This is why I was see that guy is the most important part of process.
2) Be Sure to Never Over Eat
This is incredibly final drop these next couple of months. Want to eat until your stomach is contacting never fold. If you’re eating until you are full then you’re not going to be near as effective in losing weight. If only eating into your content this is going to lie to get a lot better results.
3) Working Out?
