Attempting to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks can be rather difficult.
You don’t have to be a mathematician to realize that you need to lose about 10 pounds each week.
With healthy weight loss around 13 pounds a week, this is definitely quite the stretch.
The good news for you though, is a lot of people have actually accomplish this feat. Depending upon which currently way, you actually might be able to do this as well. It’s not going to be easy if you’re going to be really hungry.
You’ll probably also kind of fuel little bit cruddy.
We don’t recommend doing this because we are firm believers in losing weight over time and at a healthy rate.
However, to tell you that it is impossible would be a lie. People are able to do this by basically starving themselves.
It is going to be difficult to do and really depend upon your current weight.
The more that you weigh, the easier it is to lose weight. Losing 20 pounds is gonna be a lot easier for someone who is 300 pounds than someone who is 150.
Blueprint Designed to Get Results
1) Eat Good.
You really are going to have to cut back your calories for yourself if you want to meet the weight. One of the ways that you continue to get the nutrients that you need and not die is by eating the following foods. I would only eat the following foods: Salads, fruits, vegetables, rice, beans chicken, and fish. You will always want to eat until you’re content, never until you are full.
2) Drink Water
During this time while you’re not eating that much, you’re going to want to drink a lot of water. Always be drinking water. It helps a lot with the hunger feeling. The more water you drink, the more full you will feel. If you ever find yourself getting hungry, eat a couple crackers crackers and drink a glass of water.
Because your not eating that much, we recommend not exercising that much. You’re going to want to do some light jogging, walking, or being on the elliptical for about 30 to 45 minutes. We don’t want you to go absolutely insane because you might pass out from the lack of eating. So just be careful well doing this. You’re never going to want to overdue it. He really just want to get heart rate up and sweat just a little bit.
