1) Eat Good.

One of the ways that you continue to get the nutrients that you need and not die is by eating the following foods. I would only eat the following foods: Salads, fruits, vegetables, rice, beans chicken, and fish. You will always want to eat until you’re content, never until you are full.

2) Drink Water

During this time while you’re not eating that much, you’re going to want to drink a lot of water. Always be drinking water. It helps a lot with the hunger feeling. The more water you drink, the more full you will feel. If you ever find yourself getting hungry, eat a couple crackers crackers and drink a glass of water.

3) Exercise

Because your not eating that much, we recommend not exercising that much. You’re going to want to do some light jogging, walking, or being on the elliptical for about 30 to 45 minutes. We don’t want you to go absolutely insane because you might pass out from the lack of eating. So just be careful well doing this. You’re never going to want to overdue it. He really just want to get heart rate up and sweat just a little bit.
