How Can I lose 20 Pounds in a Week? Unofficial Guide to Follow

Losing 20 pounds in one week is pretty much impossible. I’m not even going to beat around the bush and hell you that it is possible. Becauseā€¦ It really is. The only way that it is possible is it if you weigh over 350 pounds. I take it majority of readers are not in that weight category so it is pretty much impossible.

Healthy weight loss is stated by doctors to be around one two three pounds maximum each week. If you were to try to undergo a crazy weight loss like 20 pounds and we you’re literally going to have to be starving yourself. This is obviously not healthy for you and you’re going to be feeling like complete crap.

Because twenty pounds is next to impossible, we recommend finding a goal that is actually attainable. Something like 5 pounds in a week for the next month. 5 pounds obviously obviously over what is considered healthy, but it is extremely doable. And we’ll show you how we like to do it below.

1) Eat A Lot Less

Since you want to undergo a more drastic weight loss, we recommend you eating a lot less than you’re current eating. A good way to start to do this is by cutting your portions in half or even to one third. You’re going to want to always your stomach content so that you’re not overly hungry. Because you don’t have to be starting yourself is going to make you grumpy and feel not so great.

2) Eat Healthy

The next step is to start eliminating a lot of the foods that are unhealthy for you. You’re going to want to get rid of any type of junk food for greasy food. The list can really go on. You should be excluding candy and sugar from your diet. I think you probably have a good idea of what is the isn’t healthy for you. You just need to make sure that you incorporate a lot more fruit, vegetables, and white meats into your diet.

A typical day for someone who is undergoing weight loss would be to constantly be snacking only on fruits and vegetables. Then your main meal is going to be a chicken salad or something like that.

3) Drink a Lot of Water

Drinking a lot of water contrast to help you. Your stomachs not going to be near as hungry as it would be if you weren’t drinking the water. Plus, most people don’t drink the required orange day. So you want to make sure that you are staying hydrated.
