As for dying you’re pretty much going to need to start starving yourself. When I die I like to use rice, fruits, vegetables only. I will consume these whatever I have a little bit hungry. I will never eat until I am full. Only until I am content. Then when my stomach hurts from hunger then I will go and have some more rice and fruit and veggies.
The Exercise Plan
As for exercising… You’re going to need to do it. If you don’t, you probably won’t reach your goals. You need to get every single day. Now don’t go out to the gym and kill yourself. My had a heart attack something. You want to take it very slowly and build up your tolerance to working out. If you go super hard those first couple days and you not want to do it because you can be sore to be back to square one. So really go slow don’t go crazy. We recommend doing cardio based exercises don’t go to the gym and start lifting all these weights. You want to be running or biking or doing the elliptical. These are all great cardio based activities. Do these activities for about 45 minutes every single day to see some results coupled with that diet plan.
