First and foremost, we congratulate you for at least doing some research on how you can start to lose some weight. More specifically, you’re looking lose my 15 pounds in three months. Well, the good news for you is that it is hands-down a possibility. Of course though, they’re going to a couple of things that you really need to fall. If you don’t follow these steps then you’re probably not going to have success with losing weight.
So there are a couple of different ways you can go about this. Because you’re losing about 5 pounds a month, you don’t have to go absolutely crazy. And by going crazy I mean, starving yourself or working out like a mad man. You really can either choose to eat less and did not work out that much. Or work out and continue eating habits. We always recommended a combination of both because that’s when you’re going to have the most success. Follow our simple game plan below and you’re going to see results.
1 – Eating Less
I’m sure you heard this advice plenty of times. But in order lose weight, you’re going to have to eat less and/or eat healthier. Some people take the tactic of just cutting their portions in half and eating the same thing that always been eating. Other people, like to just eat healthier in and cut out a lot of the food that is bad for them. So for example they will cut out candy, sugar, desserts, fast food, etc…All of the foods that are known to make you fat.
2 – Moderate Working Out
Moderate is going to be the keyword here. As we mentioned above, you’re not going to need to be a Batman at the gym. You simply just seem to let work out and start getting the heart rate up. One of the ways that we like to do this is by going on long walks. Going on a walk isn’t physically demanding, but at the same time you were still working your muscles. It is a lot easier than running to. And also look pretty much everyone can walk. Not every single person can run due to the problems or depending upon how much you currently weigh.
3 – Staying Commited
Most people do a pretty good job at our first two suggestions for about a couple of days or a week. The thing is though, so that they don’t continue this. Six seated. This can either be done by drawing inspiration pictures of fit people or you can get a workout partner or a family member to motivate you. For example, when I was undergoing my weight loss I had my husband help keep me motivated to keep working out, eating healthy, and getting results!
