How Can I Lose 100 Pounds in 4 Months?

Finding out how you can lose 100 pounds in only four months is probably not possible. It’s not possible because it’s actually like physically impossible to lose 100 pounds in four months. The only real circumstance we are going to be able to meet this goal is if you are significantly overweight.

How much are overweight by is going to determine how fast that you can lose weight and certain goals are possible or not.

If you’re someone who’s over 300 pounds that you might have a chance to actually losing hundred pounds in four months. But if you’re below that number, the chances are incredibly slim. Additionally if you are only like 100 pounds overweight or hundred 25 pounds overweight that it is absolutely impossible. The closer that you are too a healthy wait the harder it is going to be to lose weight.

Therefore you need to pick a little bit better of a goal. This means I want you to reevaluate your goal I’m good how you probably what is a good amount of time to be able to lose 100 pounds.

What you really need to do is make a lifestyle change. And my lifestyle change I mean you need to make one that can help you live healthier and live longer. How can we do that? Well, by eating healthy and working out.

If you are eating healthy and having good nutrition then you’re good to be able to naturally lose weight just from your diet alone. No I’m not saying go on a diet… I’m telling you to eat healthier as a permanent change!

As of right now in order to get your goal the quickest I would recommend only eating these foods: fruits, veggies, salds, white meats, and seafoods. If you’re only eating his food you’re going isn’t unbelievably nice results because those Foos are super low in calories and super low in fat.

The other change you need to do is to start working out. There are a lot of health benefits to working out a sigh from even just losing weight. If you work out you’re going to live a lot longer typically. What you really need to do loan are to lose the weight is get on a cardio and strength training program. About 30 minutes of each 5-6 times a week will help you get results even quicker!
