In order to lose 100 pounds in only 8 weeks you need to be very overweight. How overweight? Probably like 350+ pounds.

You’re asking yourself to lose 50 pounds in 1 month..That is just not normal.

Most people are going to lose somewhere between eight and 12 pounds a month. Now again, it really just depends on how overweight you are. And The more overweight you are, The easier it is going to be for you to lose weight.
