Eating Healthy

I’m sure you’ve heard this Lowe’s of times, but eating healthy is really the number one thing that you can do to be able to lose weight. Chances are, you are probably eating a bit unhealthy if you have additional weight. It’s either going to be that or you are not getting enough exercise. It’s either one or the other. So what you want to do is start eating healthier and trim out a lot of the unnecessary calories. This means you want to cut out of candy, fast food, or anything that is deep-fried. The list really could going on. Just want to make a conscious to eat a little bit better than you typically would. When you’re looking to lose 10 pounds in a month and a half, you don’t have to eat incredibly well. But Tommy still need to be aware of what you’re putting into your body and making a conscious effort not to have unhealthy and fat inducing snacks or meals.

Working Out

It really shouldn’t even be call working out, but rather you just need to get your heart rate up. Whether this is walking around the neighborhood or going for a walk or going to the gym it is completely up to you. But you need to be doing at least 30 minutes of exercise each and every day. This doesn’t mean that you have to be Breaking a sweat. But you should do something that is going to get your heart rate up a little bit. One of my favorite things I like to do is go for a walk. But when I’m walking I’m not out for a stroll. I’m walking really fast and trying to work my lower body muscles. You’d be surprised, how sore you’ll be the next day if you try to powerwalk for a mile. And especially for the amount of weight that you want to lose in this time. We find that walking can’t really drastically get your results. Is also not super difficult to do. If you have legs in the word then you’re going to be able to do this.
