3. Stay Commited
No they can be incredibly tough without not eating ended having to exercise every single day. Most people will do it for a day or two and then quit because they’re too sore. You need to be able to stay committed to your goal and carry it out. The best way to do this is to get a partner and have them do it with you. This way you guys can both motivate each other. Even if you don’t have a partner going find some you’re closer to motivate you. You can tell this person to ask you if you have been working out or whatnot. This way they will tell you to get on it if you have event.
